President Donald Trump made a huge campaign promise to finally defund Planned Parenthood of taxpayer dollars.
But the Abortion Lobby is throwing a hissy fit.
Because now these three states are suing Donald Trump for this one reason.
Donald Trump recently signed a new Title X rule, also known as the “Protect Life Rule,” that would force Planned Parenthood to physically separate their abortion facilities from all other operations, or face losing the Title X taxpayer dollars.
Planned Parenthood could stop performing abortions and continue to receive taxpayer funding for actual critical women’s health services.
But as their new president Leana Wen let out on Twitter, their core mission is abortion.
As a result, the pro-abortion attorneys general of the states of Washington, Oregon, and Connecticut – who are endorsed and bankrolled by the Abortion Lobby – are now suing the Trump administration.
Life News reports:
Three states are putting together lawsuits challenging President Donald Trump’s new administrative rule that would partially defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business and deprive it of as much as $60 million in taxpayer dollars. This action adds to President Trump’s record of defunding the Planned Parenthood abortion company.
The abortion chain receives about $50 million to $60 million in Title X funds annually, but that could change now that the new rules are being implemented. The administration’s changes to Title X family planning grants have angered the abortion chain Planned Parenthood, prompting a lawsuit, but they provide hope for life-affirming pregnancy centers, which can now compete with the abortion giant for the federal funds.
Although pro-life groups praised President Trump for his decision to partially defund the abortion business, abortion advocates have blasted him with false claims that it somehow deprives women for legitimate health care because Planned Parenthood family entities can’t promote abortion. Three pro-abortion state attorneys general are among the group of critics — including AGs from Washington, Oregon and Connecticut who plan to band together to sue the Trump administration over the rule.
Planned Parenthood and their radical pro-abortion pals can’t stand that Trump is fulfilling his campaign promise to defund Planned Parenthood.
But it’s up to Congress to strip Planned Parenthood of the rest of its taxpayer dollars.
Radical abortionists are claiming that his rule hurts healthcare efforts for women.
The truth is, Planned Parenthood doesn’t care about women’s healthcare at all.
Abortion – killing innocent unborn babies – is not healthcare.
And Planned Parenthood’s most recent annual report showed that they performed 11,373 more abortions than the previous year. And their cancer screenings and adoption referrals were down.
The reality is all their business is centered around pressuring women into getting abortions.
That is why they are actually mad at President Trump.
Do you think Donald Trump is right to implement this new rule?
