There may be no state harder for conservatives to live in than New York.
Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio seem to be competing to see who can oppress them more.
And New York just declared war on pro-life citizens with one dangerous decision.
New York’s left-wing officials couldn’t be happier with the mass protests of left-wing Black Lives Matter supporters.
Hundreds of thousands are packing the streets, without following any social distancing, and many without the masks the state will scold most people for not wearing.
Despite these protests clearly violating social distancing orders, they are getting nothing but support from pundits and politicians.
There are even reports that the state isn’t allowing contact tracers to inquire about if subjects attended these protests, certainly to protect Black Lives Matter from facing bad PR.
But while Black Lives Matter is being encouraged to hold events, any other events are frowned upon.
Mayor de Blasio has gone so far as welding closed parks in Orthodox Jewish communities.
And now they are targeting pro-life citizens.
A report from Live Action shows that two sidewalk counselors outside the largest abortion mill in New York City were arrested for not following “social distancing guidelines.”
On May 30, Bevelyn Beatty and Edmee Chavannes were arrested outside Manhattan’s Margaret Sanger Center Planned Parenthood.
A security guard called police on the two, and when police arrived they were placed under arrest.
The two are speaking out, specifically citing the fact that the two live together, making the social distancing argument asinine.
Planned Parenthood is “not following social distancing, mind you — the person I’m standing with I actually live with so we don’t need to follow social distancing. But the police were saying we were violating social distancing and the only ones that are supposed to be there are the ones that work there,” Beatty told Live Action News. “We feel like it’s just another reason Mayor de Blasio and Governor Cuomo can just push this agenda because the reality is this: How is abortion essential? How are stores closing and we can’t have Red Lobster and we can’t go to church or fellowship but you can still go and kill a baby?”
This is yet another example of Christians being persecuted in New York City.
When the lockdowns began, New York City officials were vicious with their enforcement of churches being closed, while ignoring Mosques in fear of being seen as bigoted.
Do you think New York is biased against Christianity?
