Justice Amy Coney Barrett could destroy the Abortion Lobby with this one decision they fear

Justice Amy Coney Barrett has the possibility to be Democrats’ worst nightmare.

The groundwork is being laid for decisions that will be devastating to their agenda.

And Justice Barrett could destroy the Abortion Lobby with this one decision they fear.

For decades, Planned Parenthood has been able to operate their abortion mills legally due to decisions made by the Supreme Court.

Roe v. Wade prevented states from enacting restrictions on the barbaric, inhumane practice.

But with Justice Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court, that could all come crashing down.

All they need is the right decision to be laid before the Court for her to show where she stands.

And that case could come quicker than many expected.

The U.S. Supreme Court is slated to privately discuss two major abortion-related cases this week.

One of them concerns the right of pro-life protesters in Pennsylvania.

This case concerns a 2005 Pittsburgh “bubble zone” ordinance that requires pro-life activists to stay more than 15 feet away from the entrance of abortion facilities, effectively keeping activists from communicating with women entering or exiting the building to encourage them to choose life.

The ordinance is clearly an attack on pro-life speech, and will likely come down to free speech arguments more than directly relating to abortion.

This case is a big deal to Planned Parenthood, but is nothing compared to the other case.

The other case relates to Mississippi House Bill 1510, which prohibits abortions from being committed past 15 weeks for any reason other than physical medical emergencies or severe fetal abnormalities.

It was considered unconstitutional by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals due to an “an unbroken line dating to Roe v. Wade” that firmly entrenched the so-called “right” to pre-viability abortion.

That “unbroken line” is exactly what Mississippi is intending to challenge.

This case has the chance to have major implications on Roe v. Wade, potentially rendering it useless in abortion cases stemming from state restrictions.

If the Supreme Court sides with pro-lifers in this case, it opens the door to abortion restrictions across the country, and leads towards the ability to an outright ban on the practice.

This is the exact type of case that Planned Parenthood and the rest of the Abortion Lobby is terrified of, and why the Left fought so hard to keep pro-life Justices like Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh off the court.
