The left-wing elites in Hollywood believe they live under different rules.
They think they are better than you.
And Hollywood leftists just proved they hate everyday Americans with this sick gala stunt.
If there is one thing Hollywood elites love more than pushing left-wing propaganda, it is hosting fancy parties.
And there is perhaps no party as fancy as the Met Gala in New York City.
Costing $35,000 a ticket, all the big names in Hollywood come together to wear even more expensive outfits and have their pictures taken.
They often wear political messages on their clothes, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who laughably wore a dress with “Tax the Rich” written on it while at the elite event.
But one thing these celebrities were not wearing was masks.
Pictures continue to come out from the event.
They show the elite stars not wearing masks at all, while servers and photographers in the background were all forced to mask up.
This is despite the fact that the rules of the Met Gala specifically state that all attendees must wear masks, even if they are vaccinated:
“Currently, all attendees at The Met Gala on September 13 must provide proof of full vaccination and will also be expected to wear masks indoors except when eating or drinking,” a spokesperson for the event told The Hill. “We will update these guidelines as needed.”
This is far from the only time huge stars have been caught in such a situation.
Just last month, former President Barack Obama found himself under fire when he hosted a massive birthday party at his Martha’s Vineyard home.
It was attended by all the big names in Hollywood and politics.
And none of them appeared to be masked throughout the entire event.
Not only that, but videos and pictures from the event show that they were not social distancing, despite claiming that everybody else in America must.
They truly believe they live under a different set of rules.
While they believe you should be forced to wear a mask at all times outside your own home, they never seem to follow the rules they are pushing.
This is because they think they are better than everyday Americans, and at the end of the day, they ultimately hate them.
