Donald Trump just hit back against Hollywood with one move

Hollywood has been at war with Donald Trump over the past five years.

Even though Trump is out of office, the entertainment industry is still trying to get its pound of flesh.

But Trump just hit back against Hollywood with one move.

The Left has become obsessed with virtue-signaling over the past few years.

It’s very important that they show to the world how “good” they are.

The latest example is the acting union SAG-AFTRA making a big show of expelling Donald Trump from its ranks.

Union president Gabrielle Carteris, who once co-starred on “Beverly Hills: 90210,” said that Trump engaged in “a reckless campaign of misinformation aimed at discrediting and ultimately threatening the safety of journalists, many of whom are SAG-AFTRA members . . . There’s a straight line from his wanton disregard for the truth to the attacks on journalists perpetrated by his followers.”

Carteris and other Democrats were likely mum when Barack Obama literally spied on journalists and imprisoned whistleblowers.

They were equally silent when independent journalist Andy Ngo was beaten so badly by Antifa that he was admitted to the hospital for brain injury.

Trump had the perfect response to SAG-AFTRA in a letter that read, “I write to you today regarding the so-called Disciplinary Committee hearing aimed at revoking my union membership. Who cares!”

Trump went on to list some of his contributions to film and television, then called out the union for their blatant attempt to grab the spotlight.

Trump continued, “Which brings me to your blatant attempt at free media attention to distract from your dismal record as a union. Your organization has done little for its members, and nothing for me – besides collecting dues and promoting dangerous un-American policies and ideas – as evident by your massive unemployment rates and lawsuits from celebrated actors, who even recorded a video asking, ‘Why isn’t the union fighting for me?’”

Democrats and their friends in the corporate press are going to try to milk as much coverage as they can by framing Trump as the bad guy even though he’s out of office and banned from every social media platform.

While SAG-AFTRA is going after Trump, they aren’t talking about the fact that many of their members cannot work because of the anti-science lockdowns that persist.

Musicians Van Morrison and Eric Clapton produced a song to raise money and awareness for people in the arts community who have been destroyed by the lockdowns.

That’s a better use of time than writing angry letters to Donald Trump.
