Biden plans to sign an executive order to send taxpayer dollars overseas for this horrible reason

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re aware that things are about to change drastically under this new administration.

It only took a few hours for Joe Biden to start overturning almost every executive order Trump had put in place the last four years.

And in one instance, Biden is set to sign an order to send your taxpayer dollars overseas for this horrible reason.

In a speech to the World Health Organization on Thursday, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said, “President Biden will be revoking the ‘Mexico City policy’ in the coming days as part of his broader commitment to protect women’s health and advance gender equality at home and around the world.”

Once again, the Left wants people to believe that allowing abortions somehow “protects women’s health,” and now they’re claiming it advances gender equality.

And, according to Fauci’s statement, it’s the United States’ job to not only protect women’s health and advance gender equality here but around the world too.

The Mexico City Policy bans foreign NGOs from performing or promoting abortions as a condition of receiving US family planning aid.

It prevents taxpayers from having to support international groups that promote abortions and abortion ideology in developing countries, even those where abortion is illegal.

It was introduced in 1984 by Ronald Reagan. It has been repealed by every Democrat President and reinstated by every Republican one since.

The Trump administration expanded the policy to apply to billions of dollars in global health assistance and sought to apply it to some government contracts.

MSI Reproductive Choices, a group that refused to adhere to Trump’s policy and in turn lost $30 million in funding, stated that the funds they lost for a refusal to sign could have “helped prevent an estimated 6 million unwanted pregnancies.”

These so-called “family planning” groups like MSI are only worried about how many abortions they can perform, not how many women they can help.

At Thursday’s meeting, Fauci also confirmed that the United States would not be leaving the World Health Organization. The Trump administration had begun the process of withdrawing in 2020.

Pro-life groups have criticized WHO for supporting abortions during the pandemic.

Just this past September, WHO officials advocated for countries to continue allowing abortions during the pandemic in statements released on what is called “International Safe Abortion Day.”

There’s an International Safe Abortion Day?  The world has truly lost its mind.

The Biden administration is also expected to take a number of other actions rolling back pro-life policies in its first days.

Hold on to your hats, folks.  Looks like Uncle Joe is just warming up.
