President Obama couldn’t ram his leftist agenda through Congress after Republicans took back the House in 2010.
So he turned his attention to seizing control of the federal judiciary by making appointments of leftist judges who were confirmed by the Democrat-controlled Senate.
And one Obama judge just blocked three life-saving laws, including one that will break your heart.
U.S. District Judge Kristine Baker blocked three pro-life laws from taking effect in Arkansas.
Christian Headlines reports:
U.S. District Judge Kristine Baker issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday blocking three laws: Act 493, which bans abortion after 18 weeks; Act 619, which bans abortion if the purpose is to end the life of an unborn baby with Down syndrome; and Act 700, which requires that abortion doctors be board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology. All were signed into law this year.
Act 619 prevents an abortion doctor from performing an abortion on a woman if her sole purpose is based on a test result or prenatal diagnosis indicating “Down Syndrome in an unborn child.” The law is known as the Down Syndrome Discrimination by Abortion Prohibition Act.
“It’s a sad day in America,” [Arkansas State Senator Jason] Rapert (R) said, “when our laws protect little kittens and little puppies but it will not protect a little human being in a mother’s womb.”
Babies with Down syndrome are being targeted for extermination by radical leftists worldwide.
CBS News reports:
According to the most recent data available, the United States has an estimated termination rate for Down syndrome of 67 percent (1995-2011); in France it’s 77 percent (2015); and Denmark, 98 percent (2015).
This is despite the fact that many people born with Down syndrome can live full, healthy lives.
To raise awareness about what’s happening, Frank Stephens, a young man living with Down syndrome, testified before Congress in 2017.
To the radical pro-abortion Left, humans with Down syndrome don’t have a life worth living.
The targeted abortions of unborn babies with Down syndrome should be the easiest form of abortion to ban.
But not for pro-abortion radicals in the Democrat Party.
