An NFL superstar asked one question about the Left’s insane transgender push and all hell broke loose

American culture is being dragged to the left by “woke” zealots.

That unfortunately includes the world of sports.

And all hell broke loose when this NFL superstar asked one question about the radical Left’s insane transgender push.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is one of the top players in the league.

He won league MVP in his second season, and is on deck to sign a massive extension that will make him one of the highest-paid players in the NFL.

Jackson has also sidestepped much of the political discussions being foisted onto players, instead focusing on being one of the best young quarterbacks in the game.

But Jackson unintentionally stepped on a landmine when he noticed that there is now a pregnant man emoji in the Apple library.

Jackson innocently asked why:

Several people warned Jackson that he could get “canceled” for simply asking the question.

Former Cleveland Browns defensive end Chad Thomas, who goes by his music producer name Major Nine, tweeted:

Others responded:

There has been a chilling effect on speech surrounding key political issues, and radical gender identity is one of the third rails.

Far-left activists have been attempting to “cancel” Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and comic legend Dave Chappelle for their “hateful” belief that biological men cannot become women.

No serious person believes that trans people should be mistreated or denied basic human rights, but that’s not where the discussion has gone.

Trans activists are attempting to codify “woke” gender theory into law, which means that any man who claims to be a woman is legally treated as a woman.

That would have seismic effects on society and culture.

“Live and let live” has morphed into a bizarre authoritarian movement.

Biological males have been allowed to compete in female sports and do jail time in women’s prisons and American school children are being indoctrinated with this insanity.

The strangest aspect of the radical transgender push is that it undercuts the message of progressives from years past.

Leftists used to argue that gender-atypical boys and girls were the same as their “normal” peers, but now the argument is that they belong in the wrong body entirely.

So if a girl likes to wear jeans and play with monster trucks, she might actually be a boy.

Feminists and gay activists fought those stereotypes for years, and now those stereotypes are being used to justify radically changing people’s bodies.

Lamar Jackson was not expecting to open that can of worms, and many Americans have been in that same position of wandering into a culture war that does not make any sense to the average person.
